Recently updated my website with a few images from my recent trip to China – click here to see some more.
The weather prior to and during my travels was unseasonably wet which made getting to some of the villages a bit tricky and the paths in and around the villages themselves were liquid mud! Luckily we only managed to get actually stuck once!
Just posted up some images on my website from The Hereford commission and here are some installation shots of the exhibition at Hereford Cathedral.
Arrived back from China last Wednesday and for once had a window seat not over the wing! and had the most fabulous view of the mountains as we flew over Tibet.
Mostly shot film so work is still at the lab so will update and post up some images in a while.
Tomorrow I will be heading back to China to do some more work on my project about ethnic minority women in South West China, Field, Forest and Family. This time I will be travelling in the mountains of north-west Guizhou province to the Miao minority villages. If you need to get in touch with me please leave a message on my mobile and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can! I’ll be back in the UK on the 28th October.
For the past six months I have been up and down to Herefordshire working on a commission for the Hereford Photography Festival about the Hereford Cow. The final exhibition will be on show at Hereford Cathedral as part of this years festival:

I’m pleased to announce that images from Home Work will be shown at Gallery on the Green in Settle, North Yorkshire. The exhibition will run from Saturday 4th September 2010 for two months.
The Gallery on the Green, housed in a classic red BT phone box, is thought to be the smallest public art gallery in the world. The phone box was purchased from BT by Settle Council as part of their ‘Adopt a Phone Box’ programme and has been refurbished by Cultivating Settle. The gallery houses a collection of postcards, both original and printed art.
